Shipping & Delivery
GoodDaze delivers with DPD and An Post to ensure better service to satisfy our customers.
Delivery costs and times:
Orders over €65 are free. For orders under this amount:
An Post: €5.95
DPD: €5.95
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Ireland – 1 to 5 days
- UK & Mainland Europe – 1 to 16 days
Please note that during busy periods such as new product launches or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Unclaimed, Misdelivered, or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or your order is not collected within the carrier's holding period, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the following applies:
Refunds: Once the item is returned to us, we will refund the product price. Please be aware that shipping costs, including any return shipping fees, are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund.
Return Timeline: The return process typically takes around 10–15 working days, depending on the country of origin and the courier's handling time.
Reshipping: If you'd like your order resent, we're happy to arrange this once the item has been received back by us. A new shipping fee will apply.
Exceptions: Custom-made or perishable items may not be eligible for a refund.
VAT & Duty
All applicable VAT and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
UK Orders: Orders delivered to the UK with a value exceeding £130 will be subject to VAT and duty charges upon arrival.
Please note: VAT and duty are calculated based on the full declared value of the goods and do not take into account any discounts or promotional pricing applied at checkout.
